Two Billion People Can’t be Wrong

In The Wisdom of Crowds, James Surowiecki challenged the idea that elite experts rule. Instead, he suggests that larger groups of people are smarter, and better at everything from innovative problem solving to predicting the future. Social media now connects an astonishing 2 billion people globally-and we’re just getting started. Taking advantage of the wisdom of this beautifully textured weave of humanity to solve our greatest social challenges is to me the brightest future of communication and media. I’m delighted that the new Harrington Hub has embraced community-building and crowd wisdom. So, why not join in? Take the survey and introduce yourself.
