The main Blueprint 2016 event is on October 21, 11 a.m., at the University of Rhode Island Kingston Campus Quadrangle. Arrive early as seating is limited and video interviews with the press begin at 10:15 a.m. Parking is available – follow signs from Upper College road entrance to the Alumni Center/URI Foundation lot to get a spot.
Come meet American TV journalist and personality Meredith Vieira, U.S Assistant Secretary of Public Affairs and Spokesperson John Kirby, and join in the celebration with members of the Rhode Island Federal delegation and other special invited guests. You’ll have a chance to view special presentations from international correspondent Christiane Amanpour, as well as tour the new $7 million Harrington Hub for Global Leadership in Communication and Media. Great food, music, and giveaways are all the more reason to attend!
